Consultative Sales Closer/Coach

Are you looking to earn an extraordinary income while transforming the lives of your clients? Our company is growing rapidly by empowering our members to achieve levels of success they never felt possible. We seek ONE heart-centered individual to interview, qualify, and enroll paying clients in our programs.

Our Sales Closer must be able to:

- Build rapport quickly with potential clients over Zoom
- Identify client goals and aspirations
- Describe the programs and benefits
- Show how our programs will help the client achieve their goals
- Gain commitment to take action

Job Purpose
This is NOT an order-taking job, and it’s NOT an educational job. The ideal person is heart-centered, meaning you gain immense satisfaction from helping others succeed and achieve their dreams. The Sales Closer must be empathetic, personable, professional, and goal-oriented.  To succeed, you MUST be able to persuasively help people overcome their natural indecision and procrastination, and get them to take action.

Success Attributes:
- This position is for consultative sales professionals who are already succeeding in their sales careers but are looking to add more meaning to their work.
- Self-confidence (not arrogance), assuredness, and a conviction and belief in yourself and your ability to make things happen. You must already know this about yourself; this, we believe, is something that cannot be taught. It must be a lifelong skill.
- Direct closing and sales experience (preferably heart-centered).
- An extremely friendly, strategic, cooperative, and positive approach.
- A love of working in a group dynamic, with the ability to be extremely efficient and effective in working independently. An independent self-starter who loves a financial reward and knows they’re doing good work in the world is who we are looking for. You will be working very closely with our existing team.
- Excellent written (email) and verbal (video) communication skills. No question there.
- Well-honed time-management skills. You're self-directed and willing to go above and beyond in connecting and contacting our people daily. You must be hungry, as they say.
- High emotional intelligence. You love and care for people. You have a genuine interest in others. And you connect easily with others. You love to ‘woo’ people, love breaking the ice, and to ‘court’ others. You want to see them succeed.
- A no-excuses determination. You love setting goals for yourself and do your absolute best to achieve them. This gives you great pride.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities. You are strategic and take the initiative to identify potential obstacles that will inevitably come up and you proactively create solutions. This is fun for you.
- Your existing experience with technology (email, calendar, etc.) is a plus.
- Any familiarity with the business coaching and speaking industry will also give you an edge over others vying for this position.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Contacting leads as given in a timely manner.
- Closing deals from the consults you schedule as well as occasionally those scheduled for you; including but not limited to collecting payment information and confirming the sale with our team.
- Working with people to overcome personal obstacles and help them realize their potential.
- Following up consistently with pending deals until lost or won.
- Develop ongoing relationships with clients to build their overall investment over time. This will include renewing or upselling clients into other programs.
- Managing and following up with leads from our events until lost or won.
- Managing our client and ambassador referral system.
- Managing leads through our website and social media who indicate interest in working with us
- Updating our existing CRM system to support leads and prospects in our sales pipeline.
- Drive to meet both individual and team sales goals.
- Daily reports of your progress.
- On-going skills development.
- Other duties as required.

Furthermore
- 3+ years of successful, solid, experience in generating business and sales.
- Professionally persistent. "No" must be a word that does not scare you, but rather a word that makes you want to find out more.
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Period.
- Be coachable, teachable, and willing to follow guidelines, while still being able to "think outside the box".
- Capable of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while maintaining highly detailed and quality work.
- Know how to have FUN.
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be open to work during 9-5 but also open to "off" hours when applicable. Hours will be Monday through Friday.
- A working proficiency in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, with a home office setup, high-speed Internet, and VoIP.
- Strong team player, but able to manage yourself independently.
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline, without giving in to distractions throughout the day.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure.

Key Skills
- You have excellent communication skills. You must be someone who’s always heard from others that you are a People Person, primarily one who “can influence others to do something for themselves they wouldn’t have originally thought of doing”.
- You love getting better and better at your craft. You welcome (and seek out) opportunities to get even better at setting appointments and creating results.
- You show massive initiative. You will apply for this position because you believe in your ability to make things happen and you do not fear rejection.
- You are well-organized (you may not have the neatest desk in the world, but you know where everything is at a moment’s notice).
